Hey everyone, it’s Louise, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, basa bonanza. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Basa Bonanza is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Basa Bonanza is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have basa bonanza using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Basa Bonanza:
  1. Take 100 g basa filet (frozen) / 3½ oz.
  2. Get 75 g shrimp prawns cooked / (frozen) / 2½ oz.
  3. Take 125 g potato ready mashed (frozen) /4½ oz.
  4. Get 1 egg large hard-boiled
  5. Take 80 g peas (frozen) / 3 oz.
  6. Prepare 75 / 2½ ml fl . oz fish stock .
Instructions to make Basa Bonanza:
  1. Preheat a boiler / grill to medium.
  2. Microwave the basa for 2½ minutes. Microwave the potato for 2½ minutes. Whilst the potato is cooking: Chop the basa into small pieces. Chop the egg. Mix the basa, egg, shrimp and peas in an ovenproof bowl and pour over the stock. Lightly season with pepper.
  3. When the potato is finished microwave the mixed bowl until all the contents are piping hot (about 3 minutes).
  4. Stir the cooked potato well with a fork and spread over the mix in the bowl marking the surface with ridges. Spray the top lightly with Spray2Cook and sprinkle with a little more pepper. Place under the grill until the crests of the fork marks in the potato are brown. Serve the bowl on a heatproof stand / plate.
