Get 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
Take 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions to make Cheesy baked vegetables:
For the White sauce.
Heat butter in a saucepan on medium flame.
Add maida and stir for 1 minute.
Add milk and keep stirring till it boils to a thick pouring consistency.
Add cream, grated cheese, sugar, pepper, oregano and salt
Mix well and keep aside.
For The Vegetables–
In a flat pan heat butter & saute crushed garlic for a minute
Add all the vegetables, corn and mix well
Add salt
Slowly put the white sauce, grated processed cheese and mix well.
Grease a baking dish
Transfer the cooked vegetables in the the dish.
For the topping, firstly sprinkle the breadcrumbs, then spread grated cheese all over followed by cheddar cheese.
Put the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180°and bake for 15 mins. till the cheese becomes brown.
Serve hot.
