  3. In large measuring cup mix tomato paste and 3 cups hot water till smooth. Add to the meat mixture and cook additional hour on medium/low stirring occasionally. The liquid will decrease, more may be added if you want.
  4. Taste to see if salt and pepper need to be added. Serve over prepared brown rice.
