Steps to make Choco vermicelli mocktail with cocoa cubes:
For vermicelli kheer:
In a large bottomed pan roast the vermicelli on to the medium high heat.
Stir the vermicelli until it turns out light golden brown
Remove it and cool to a room temperature
In a separate sauce pan add fresh milk and roasted vermicelli and give a stir
Then add in the sugar, cardamom and cocoa powder and stir the mixture well
Simmer it on low heat for about 5 min till the vermicelli is cooked efficiently.
Cocoa ice cubes:
In large sauce pan add milk and bring to a boil
Then add in the cocoa powder and sugar and give good stir
Reduce the mixture to a level.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Pour in the mixture on an ice moulds and leave it to set on a blast chiller.
For makeover:
Take a presentation glass and coat the edges with hershey's chocolate syrup and crumbled biscuits.
Pour the chocolate vermicelli mixture in to the glass.
Once the kheer is filled up, place those cocoa ice cubes on top.
Place the choco stick and chocolate bars on top
Garnish this beautiful dessert with some roasted almonds and roasted vermicelli.
Place the oreo biscuit in a garnishing way.
