  2. In a large bottomed pan roast the vermicelli on to the medium high heat.
  3. Stir the vermicelli until it turns out light golden brown
  4. Remove it and cool to a room temperature
  5. In a separate sauce pan add fresh milk and roasted vermicelli and give a stir
  6. Then add in the sugar, cardamom and cocoa powder and stir the mixture well
  7. Simmer it on low heat for about 5 min till the vermicelli is cooked efficiently.

  9. In large sauce pan add milk and bring to a boil
  10. Then add in the cocoa powder and sugar and give good stir
  11. Reduce the mixture to a level.
  12. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  13. Pour in the mixture on an ice moulds and leave it to set on a blast chiller.
  14. For makeover:
  15. Take a presentation glass and coat the edges with hershey's chocolate syrup and crumbled biscuits.
  16. Pour the chocolate vermicelli mixture in to the glass.
  17. Once the kheer is filled up, place those cocoa ice cubes on top.
  18. Place the choco stick and chocolate bars on top
  19. Garnish this beautiful dessert with some roasted almonds and roasted vermicelli.
