  1. Firstly grate the potato in bowl. Add red chilli powder, cornstarch, coriander leaves, cumin powder, cumin, salt and bread crumbs into it. Then add ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Make a dough.
  2. Now take a portion of mixture a lemon size. And make a small basket.like shown as picture.then make all basket like this one.then make a slurry with cornstarch and water. And dip potato bowl into slurry. Then coat into sevai.coat it gently which is cover sevai all side.
  3. Now heat a oil in a deep pan. And fry 4-5 bowl in to it. Fry it gently. Fry it until they become golden colour.take out from the oil in a absorbent paper.
  4. Then take a bowl. Crumble the paneer into the bowl. Then add salt, coriander leaves, cornstarch. Mix everything is well. Now make a small ball,like shown as picture. Then steam the ball for 5 minutes. Keep the ball on the prepare basket. Ready to serve.
