  5. Add vinegar.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Blend well
  8. Now slowly drip oil while blending it. Don't add oil at once. Just make a continuous drip of oil.
  9. It will start thickening. Beat until all the oil os incorporated.
  10. Mayonnaise is ready.
  11. Store in an airtight container.
  12. Keep in fridge. Use within 14-18 days.
