Prepare few Raw mango
Get 1 cup sugar
Take Some mint leaves
Take Some chopped ginger
Take 1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
Take As per taste Black salt
Make ready 1 glass water
Get Some black pepper

Add raw slices of mango and add water, cook for 5 mins.
Now take another pan and add 1 glass of water to it and 2 cups sugar and let it dissolve and boil for 2-5 mins let it turn sticky.
Now take some mint leaves, ginger, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper and the made mango pulp and grind them to make a paste.
Take the paste out and mix it with the sugar syrup and mix them, then add some black salt and salt now mix and boil for 5-7 mins
