The ingredients needed to make Fried Chicken:
  1. Prepare 3 large PCs Chicken Breast (your preferred chicken parts)
  2. Take 3 tbps Soya sauce
  3. Prepare 2 tpbs Sesame oil
  4. Take Pepper
  5. Get 1 clove garlic
  6. Get Plain flour
  7. Take Bread crumbs
  8. Make ready 2 Eggs
  9. Prepare Oil for frying

  1. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and garlic. Store it in the refrigerator for 2 hr or more, my preferred overnight
  2. Prepare to lay the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs separately and take out the chicken from the refrigerator.
  3. Place the chicken in steps, put the chicken at flour, follow by eggs and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil and fried the chickens
  4. Take out the chicken, slice it and ready to served
