  1. अंडे शिलकर हल्का चिरा लगाकर बिच का निकालकर काट लें।
  2. प्याज को २चम्मच तेल में फ्राई करें।

  4. कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके उसमें उपर बनाई हुई पेस्ट डालकर मध्यम आंच पर रख दें।
