  2. Add water to make smooth medium batterso that no lumps remain.
  3. Now add choppedveggies-chopped onion,chopped tomato,chopped mushroom and mix well.
  4. Now add salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,ajwain and mix well.
  5. Now heat oil in a non-stick tawa.
  6. Now pour the besan mixture with ladle and spread it.
  7. Let it cook on sim by covering with lid.
  8. Now flip it to cook from another side also.
  9. Servehot with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
