  1. Get Vegetable balls
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp wheat flour

  18. Get As per taste Soya sauce
  19. Prepare as needed Chilli sauce
  20. Take as per taste Tomato ketchup
  21. Take 1/2 spoon vinegar
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  23. Get 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
  24. Get to taste Salt acc
  25. Get 2 spoons corn flour
  26. Get as required Spring onions and coriander leaves for garnishing
  27. Take as required Edible oil
  28. Get as required Spring onions and chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian:
  1. Take all the vegetables and cheese, finely chopped,along with ginger garlic paste,corn flour, wheat flour,Salt, black pepper
  2. Mix them well adding water as required for consistency
  3. Make round balls out of the thick vegetable mixture
  4. Now deep fry balls in a pan
  5. Heat some oil in a pan and roast ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies in it for a while
  6. Add chopped onion/spring onions roast it again
  7. Add tomato puree tomato ketchup,soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,salt and black pepper
  8. Take a small bowl, add corn flour or water in it and make a thick mixture without lumps
  9. Add corn flour mixture to the pan.mix them well
  10. Mix thoroughly and add fried vegetable balls into the mixture
  11. Garnish with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves and serve
