  2. In a bowl combine Oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper
  3. In a pan melt butter, saute garlic & white part of onion for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add shrimp, cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add sauce mixture & chili flakes simmer for few minutes
  6. Put pasta and mix
  7. Garnish with green part of spring onion
