  1. Chop the traditional chicken into small parts
  2. Wash well then boil with ginger, garlic and salt till softer. (The traditional chicken can be very tough espeythe older ones)
  3. After the water is drained or the chicken soft, Put the chicken in a nother bowl.
  4. On a cooking pot, add cooking oil just enough followed by chopped onions.
  5. Add more garlic and ginger if you love them more
  6. Let it brown or at least pinkish in colour then add tomatoes and green peppers.
  7. Cover it to soften a bit then add chicken and mix well.
  8. Add the Chilli peppers, coriander, Royco cube and a little water for soup then simmer for 5minutes.
  9. Ready!!
