When the potatoes and spinach are ready, in a small dish (mine was a round 18 cm) pour a little cream or sour cream, add a layer of potatoes, spinach and cheese, pour some more cream, another layer of potato spinach and cheese, until you run out. Finish it with the spinach cream and cheese in the top.
  4. Cover your dish and bake it on 200C for about 15min, after remove the cover and bake it another 10-12 min until the top golden brown and the potatoes are soft.

A simple potato casserole recipe that's perfect for anytime. Arrange one-third of potato slices, overlapping, in casserole. Top with one-third of cheese and one-half of spinach mixture. Return potatoes to pot and mash until almost smooth. Add butter and stir until melted.
