Hello everybody, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, jalebi. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Jalebi is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Jalebi is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook jalebi using 14 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Jalebi:
  1. Make ready 1 cup maida
  2. Prepare 1 heap tbsp channa dal flour
  3. Make ready 1 heap tbsp curd
  4. Prepare 1 big pinch saffron strands
  5. Get 1/2 cup water
  6. Take 1 big pinch soda bi carb
  7. Make ready For sugar syrup
  8. Get 11/2 cup sugar
  9. Make ready 11/2 cup water
  10. Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
  11. Get 1 big pinch saffron strands
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  13. Make ready Ghee for frying
  14. Make ready Almond flakes,rose flakes, saffron strands to garnish
Steps to make Jalebi:
  1. In mixing bowl add maida, channa dal flour,curd, saffron,mix well. Add water,mix well and make lump free batter. Cover and keep aside for 12-18 hours.
  2. At the time of preparing..In another vessel add sugar,water, saffron strands, lemon juice. Keep it to boil to make one string sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder mix well.
  3. Now add soda bi carb in fermented maida batter. Mix well. Pour it in jalebi maker or disposal piping cone bag placed in glass. Cut little from its end..to make hole.
  4. Heat ghee in board flat bottom vessel. Make round jalebis in hot ghee, deep fry in hot ghee till crispy golden.
  5. Put them in warm sugar syrup. Soak them for 2 minutes. Flip and soak for 1 mins. Take out on strainer so extra sugar syrup strain out.
  6. Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Jalebi garnishing with almond flakes, saffron strands, dry rose petals.
