Cauliflower Bechamel is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Cauliflower Bechamel is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have cauliflower bechamel using 3 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Cauliflower Bechamel:
  1. Take 2 cups bechamel sauce (see recipe on my page)
  2. Prepare 1 large head cauliflower
  3. Get 1/2 tsp salt
Steps to make Cauliflower Bechamel:
  1. Steam cauliflower: Fill a medium stock pot with 1 inch of water. Place steamer basket in pot. Place cauliflower florets in basket. Sprinkle with salt. Bring water to a boil. Cover and steam until just fork tender. About 10 minutes.
  2. Leave cauliflower in steamer basket and carefully remove basket from pot. Set aside. Pour water out of pot. Return pot to stove. Reduce heat to medium low.
  3. Add bechamel sauce to pot. Cook over medium low heat until just heated through, stirring frequently. Add cauliflower to warmed sauce. Gently stir to coat.
  4. Serve as-is or garnish with parmesan and/or chopped fresh parsley.
