To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook shayi using 10 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Shayi:
  1. Take 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  2. Make ready 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
  3. Make ready 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  4. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  5. Take 1 beyond comment tea bag
  6. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
  7. Get 1 Tablespoon Cloves
  8. Take 1 cup Mint leaves
  9. Make ready 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  10. Prepare Honey(as u desire)
Instructions to make Shayi:
  1. Assemble all ingredients in one place
  2. Rinse ginger, mint leaves cloves,cardamom, black pepper with warm water
  3. Pour in a pot and add 1 liter of water and allow to boil for 30 mins or more
  4. Sieve and pour into a flask and serve hot with lime/ lemon /sugar or honey.
