  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  19. Get 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  20. Take 1/2 tsp Salt or as required
  21. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp Vinegar
  23. Make ready 1 tsp Corn flour
  24. Get Ice cream sticks as required. If legs are not enough

  1. Debone chicken and add in chopper, add green chili, onion
  2. Add, cornflour, all-purpose flour, bread crumbs,
  3. Red chili flakes, black pepper powder, chopped garlic
  4. Add vinegar, red chili sauce, soya sauce,
  5. Add egg and chop well until combined.
  6. Marinate Chicken legs with given ingredients.
  7. Keep the mixture in fridge for 20 minutes. Grease hands and cover the legs with mixture, coat it in flour.
  8. Fry it on medium to low heat. I also use some sticks bcz I didn't have enough bones. Serve and enjoy.
