Take Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp or as required
Get 4 Cups Boiled Rice

Take a bowl and add Chicken,Yoghurt,Red Chilli Powder,Red Chilli Flakes,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Tikka Masla,Lemon Juice, Chicken Powder,Garam Masala Powder and add 1 pinch food color and Mix It properly marinate for 20 minutes.
In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until Light brown.then add Ginger Garlic Paste mix it add tomatoes slices cook properly and add marinated chicken and cooked for 10 minutes then Yakhni is ready.
In bowl,add Water,yellow food color,whisk well & set aside.In matka/clay pots,add prepared Yakhni,boiled rice,tomato slice,some Golden Brown Crispy onion,food color Mixture and cover with aluminum foil (makes 2-3 double serving matka).
I-On burning charcoal,place matka/clay pot and steam cook on burning charcoal for 15-20 minutes & serve.
