Get 30 grams Radish leaves
Get 20 grams Coriander leaves
Take 1 tsp Salt
Get 1 tsp Cumin powder
Take 2 pinch Hing
Get 3 pcs Green chillies
Take 3 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions to make Ram ladoo recipe:
Batter preparation– Wash & clean the moong dal & soak them for 5-6 hrs in the water. Strain the water from dal. Add dal to blender & add cumin powder.
Add red chilli powder, grated ginger, chopped radish leaves.
Add water then blend it. After blending add besan.You can also add soak chanadal paste instead of besan. Mix salt to them.
Beat & mix well until the batter turns frothy. Time consumption for mixing is 10-12 minutes. Batter is ready.
Chutney recipe– Add radish leaves to the blender, then add coriander leaves.
Then add cumin powder,hing, green chillies, lemon juice, salt. Blend it.
After blending chutney is ready.
Ladoo preparation– Heat refined oil in a pan. Start dropping batter one by one to hot oil. Keep the flame in lower to medium, stir occasionally. Fry the vada till they turn to golden brown.
Drain off the vada on to kitchen towel to absorb oil.
Place the fried vada into the serving plate. Top with four tsp green chutney. Further top with grated radish(squeeze water from radish before garnishing). Now sprinkle pinch chaat masala, pinch aamchur & pinch salt.
