Roast coriander seeds and all the spices and grind to a fine powder
Likewise roast onion and coconut and grind in a mixer grinder. Make a paste of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and ginger garlic
In a pan heat oil and add jeera and let it splutter. Now add onion coconut paste and sauté for a min.
Now add green masala and sauté. Cook for 2 mins. Now add grounded garam masala along with turmeric powder and salt.
