Instructions to make Potato Balls with Cheddar and Sausage:
  1. Clean the potato and dunk it into a pot of boiling water and let it cook for about 30 minutes , cut it into smaller pieces to allow faster cooking .
  2. While the potatoes are still cooking , stack up and press 5 slices of Cheddar cheese together and cut it into cubes . Sausages are cut into cubes as well .
  3. When the potatoes are ready , strain them and let them sit for a while . With a potato masher or just a fork ,simply mash them once they're cooled
  4. Pour in the other ingredients and mix it up .
  5. Place the cheddar cube and sausage cube together and wrap them with the mashed potatoes .
  6. Dunk the potato balls into an eggwash and roll it onto the Panko breadcrumbs and deep fry them for about 3~4 minutes or until golden brown .
  7. Dish up and sprinkle some parmesan , serve immediately .
  8. Tips : When mashing the potatoes , I prefer using a fork as I like the rugged texture of potatoes . For dipping sauce , I used some pizza sauce .
