The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
Make ready 3 cups rice
Make ready 2 pieces chicken breast
Get 3 cups chopped carrot
Prepare 2 cups chopped green beans

Get Half soup spoon blended fresh pepper
Take 2 sachets mavina seasoning
Get 1 tbs curry

Steps to make Fried rice:
Parboil the rice and set aside
Cut the chicken into little bits and set aside
In a frying pan put the two tablespoons of vegetable oil, allow to heat a little then put the onions then the chicken. Add salt, curry and a sachet of the mavina seasoning
Saute till brown then add the carrot green peas and cabbage.
Mix in low heat then turn of the heat
In a pot, put onions, and fresh pepper, allow to heat for awhile then put the rice, a pair of knorr and the remaining mavina seasoning.
Mix all very well, sprinkle little water, allow to heat well then pour in the vegetables.
Mix well and taste for salt and pepper. Cover for a while then turn of the heat and leave covered.
