  1. Make ready 2 cup small variety rice boiled
  2. Make ready 200 gm boneless meat cut in very small pieces

  4. Take 1/2 green capsicum chopped in medium piece
  5. Take 1/2 red capsicum chopped in medium piece
  6. Make ready 1/2 yellow capsicum chopped in medium piece
  7. Get 5 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
  9. Get 4 spring onions greens chopped finely & bulbs sliced
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp light soya sauce
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  13. Take 2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. Prepare 2-3 green chillies chopped finely
  15. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  16. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Fried Rice:
  1. Par boil the rice and keep aside. Boil the meat with little salt till very tender. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add garlic saute for a few mins add sliced onions fry for a few seconds add boiled meat stir fry
  3. Add all the chopped veggies fry for few mins. Add the sauces,vinegar mix well,add salt,some green onions and pepper powder stir fry. Add chopped green chillies chopped.
  4. Add the the par boiled rice to the veggies mix well till incorporated. Keep on slow flame for a while. Garnish with chopped onion greens
