  1. Perboil the rice with peas green beans and carrots rinse and put back to pot set the pot on heat to cook completely.
  2. Wash the Chicken and put into a pot,add seasoning,garlic, ginger and some onion and cook.
  3. Wash tomatoes pepper,scotch bonnets,and onion blend. And pour in a clean pot and set on heat to cook until the water is totally drained,add cooking oil fry for a while under a law heat add seasoning chopped onion garlic and the cooked chicken,finally add your chicken stock and cook for a while.
  4. Wash cabbage and shred slice lettuce and cucumber. Garnish with the rice.
