  1. अंडे शिलकर हल्का चिरा लगाकर बिच का निकालकर काट लें।
  2. प्याज को २चम्मच तेल में फ्राई करें।
  3. प्याज, टमाटर, कड़ी पत्ता, लहसुन, डालकर मिक्सर में पीस लें।
  4. कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके उसमें उपर बनाई हुई पेस्ट डालकर मध्यम आंच पर रख दें।
  5. जब तेल छोड़ने लगे तो नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पावडर, धनिया पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर,जिरा पावडर, अड़े, अंडे का पीला भाग भी डालकर घुमाते जाएंगे।
  6. फिर उसमें १कप पानी डालकर धीमी आंच पर ५ मिनट के लिए रख दें।तयार सब्जी हरी धनिया डालकर सर्व करें।
