Get 3 chicken Tangri kebab (3 whole legs)

Get 1 tsp Garlic paste
Get 3 or more green chillies if you like the heat
Make ready 2-3 tbsp green coriander chopped
Steps to make Chicken mish mash / Chicken Bharta š:
Debone the chicken and cut into small pieces if you get long fiber.
Chop the onion, tomatoes, green chillies, green coriander.
Heat oil in a kadai and add the whole coriander seeds and whole dry chilli.let it crackle, then add the chopped onion and saute it for a minute or two.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it, add little salt too, then add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Then add Turmeric, coriander powder, cummin powder, chilli powder saute it, add water as required and saute / bhunno the masala for about 10 minutes.
Then add the deboned chicken into the gravy and mix well, add water if required let it cook for another 5-10 minutes,check salt, if required add more. Almost at the end add the green chillies and coriander and give it a mix….cook for another 5-10 minutes, check the consistency you want, add water and cook till you get the desired consistency of the Bharta. Serve it hot with rotis/ parathas / naans etc. Bin Appetit!!!
