Instructions to make Kaju roll cake:
For the CAKE- firstly cream butter and sugar and then add condensed milk and whisk till fluffy
Take a separate bowl and sieve all the dry ingredients into it.
Add cashew Powder to the butter and sugar mix and then whisk.
Add all the dry ingredients part by part and the wet ingredients part by part till you achieve a batter consistency.
Divide in two cake pans and bake for at least 25 mins each.
For the KAJU SHEET- take a pan and water and sugar to it. let it come to bubble and then add crushed kaju to it.
Mix and then add ghee and cook till it has a smooth consistency.
Transfer and cool this mix.
PISTA SHEET- take crushed pistas and add sugar to it. Then add milk and elaichi powder and mix and cool
PISTA ICING- whisk the cream and add pista and elaichi powder and vanilla essence to it and whisk till stiff peaks.
Cut the cakes from the middle and then spread a layer of kaju sheet, then icing, then pista sheet, then icing and then other layer of the cake and repeat the process and Ice the cake.
