Instructions to make Flower Manchurian:
Soak the flower buds in hot water with half tsp salt
Make smooth batter of flour, tsp chilli sauce, black pepper, half tsp salt and garlic powder with water
Dip the flower in the batter and fry it on high flame in the hot oil
In other pan, take oil, heat it on medium flame then add cumin and garlic
Now sautés onion and then add Capsicum along with salt
Add sauces, ginger and reaming stuff, add cup of water, cover it and cook for 2 mins
Every time batter is remains in the bowl after frying flower, so add little water in the leftover batter and pour it
Again cook it one min
Now serve this crispy manchurian with gravy, sprinkle some spring onions on it
