Get 10 sheets A4 Size
Take 5 aluminum foil sheets some bigger than A4 Sheets
Prepare Filling ::–
Get 1/2 cup hung curd
Prepare 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Get 1 tbsp sugar powder
Prepare Chopped veggies to your choice:- I used these –
Make ready as required Onion,tomato, green capsicum,carrot, red capsicum, sweet corns
Prepare As needed Coriander leaves, green chilli
Prepare as per taste Oregano, chilli flakes
Take to taste Salt
Get as per taste Black pepper powder
Get as required Chaat masala
Steps to make Baked Bread Cones in Cooker:
Combine yeast, lukewarm water, sugar into a cup and stirr with a spoon or fork and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Strain all-purpose flour into a big bowl, mix salt and oil.
After 10 minutes check yeast water it will be rise, stirr again with fork.
Add this yeast into maida bowl and knead with gently adding milk. Knead until the dough is smooth and soft dough. It will take 15 minutes.. then dough will become soft and fluffy. It's the main part of dish.
Shift the dough into greased bowl and Cover with kitchen towel and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm area or until double in size.
Meanwhile prepare paper #cones and Filling :–
For Cones::– Take 2 sheets of paper and make a cone and cover with foil paper as shown into pics. So that paper should not visible from any side Make Cones like this.
Filling ::–
Mix hung curd, mayonnaise and sugar make creamy. - 2. Toss all chopped veggies with mayo and curd. - 3. Mix oregano, chilli flakes, salt, chaat masala, black pepper. - Filling is ready.
When dough rises to double then dust your hands with maida and again knead and punch for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 5 equal parts and rest for 5 minutes.
Roll each piece of dough on the counter with dust and make a long round rope near about 2-3 hands long.
Roll these ropes around the paper Cones. Brushing with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds and kalonji.
Put 250 gram salt Into cooker and put a stand or katori on salt, be care stand should be some height salt should not be touched to cone plate.Pre heat the cooker for five minutes on high flame.
Put the ready number of Cones according the size of foil coverd plate and place this plate into pre heated cooker on stand.
Remove the rubber and whistel of lid and cover with lid. Flame should me medium. Bake for 20-30 minutes,until become golden brown.
Then off the gass and let it same for 5 minutes.
Then open the lid brushing the oil and cover cooker with wet towel and let them cool for half an hour.
Bake rest cones with the same process.
Then fill them with your favourite filling and serve.
