  5. Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor together with cream cheese, butter, heavy cream, garlic, paprika and parmensan cheese until smooth.
  6. Transfer the cauliflower mash to a casserole dish. Meanwhile, in the same bowl, stir in half of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon bits, and half of the green onions. If desired, season with salt and black pepper. (Don't oversalt - it will get more salty as the cheese melts later.)
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon bits and bake it in the oven, until the cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with spring onion, chilli flakes and then serve.
