Make ready 1 cauliflower
Make ready 1 cup moong dal flour

Prepare 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Get 1 tsp red chilli sauce
Make ready 1 tsp soy sauce
Make ready 1 tsp white vinegar
Prepare 1 tsp tomato ketchup
Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
Get 1 tbsp cornflour
Make ready 1 tbsp oil
Make ready to taste salt
Prepare as required water
Get as per taste spring onion green - for garnishing
Take as required sesame seeds - for garnishing
Steps to make Gobhi Manchurian:
Take 3 cups of water in a pan and boil it. Blanch the cauliflower for 2 minutes. Take it out on a plate.
Take moong dal flour, cornflour, salt,ginger-garlic paste, and red chilli powder in a bowl. - Mix well. Add enough water to make a medium-thick batter.
Heat oil in a wok. - Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry pakodas on medium flame.
Crisp pakodas are ready. Take it out on a plate.
For gravy, heat oil in a pan and add garlic and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds.
Add onion and spring onion green. Mix well and saute for a minute on low flame.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli sauce. Mix well.
Then add soy sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
Add salt and red chilli powder. Saute for few seconds.
Take cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp water. Mix well. Pour it in a pan and mix well so that there are no lumps.
Add water as required to make thick gravy and cook for a minute.
Now add pakodas in the gravy and toss well. - Sprinkle spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
