  1. Take 10-12 florets of cauliflower
  2. Take 4 tablespoon All purpose flour

  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  9. Get 2 Onion (medium size, sliced)
  10. Get 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  12. Make ready 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  13. Get 1 1/2 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  14. Get 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  15. Make ready As per needed Oil
Instructions to make Cauliflower manchurian:
  1. Parboil cauliflower florets.
  2. Now in a bowl, combine all purpose flour, corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed pepper and salt.
  3. Then mix them well with water and make thick batter of it.
  4. Now heat oil in a frying pan, dip parboiled cauliflower florets in prepared batter and deep fry them in medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  5. Once it is done take them out and allow it cool down a bit.
  6. Now heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and green chillies in it and allow it to splutter.
  7. Then add onion and capsicum in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
  8. Now add all sauces and vinegar in it and quickly reduce the flame and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Then add water as per your need and fried cauliflower florets and cook it till it comes to your required gravy consistency then switch off the flame.
  10. Cauliflower manchurian is ready to serve now.
