  3. Prepare Little salt
  4. Take 2 tablespoon cornflour or all purpose flour

  7. Prepare 2-3 teaspoon oil
  8. Take 3-4 crushed garlic cloves
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  10. Take 2 chopped spring onion
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoon chopped capsicum
  12. Get 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  13. Make ready 2 tablespoon chopped carrot
  14. Prepare 3 tablespoon boiled american corn kernels
  15. Take to taste Salt
  16. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  17. Make ready 1 teaspoon red chili sauce
  18. Get 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  19. Get 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
  20. Get 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  21. Make ready Chopped spring onion leaves for garnish
Instructions to make Chinese noodles basket:
  1. Boil noodles in water as per instruction mentioned on the packet. Strain all water from it. Spread boiled noodles on kitchen towel for 15-20 minutes. Then transfer into a bowl. Add cornflour and toss gently.
  2. Divide noodles into 3-4 portions. Heat enough oil in kadai. Put a portion of noodles into strainer to make basket shape. Hold the strainer with noodles in kadai with oil. After 2-3 minutes seperate basket from strainer with the help of pair of tongs. Remove strainer from oil and drop basket gently into oil. Deep fry till golden brown from all sides. Prepare all baskets like this.
  3. For stir fried vegetables, In a pan heat oil. Add crushed garlic cloves and grated ginger. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped onion and saute for sometimes. Add chopped cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Saute for couple of minutes. Don't over cook the vegetables. Keep crunchy. Add boiled american corn kernels and mix well.
  4. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Cook for couple of minutes. Stir fried vegetables is ready. You can take any vegetable of your choice.
  5. Take a fried noodle basket. Apply stir fried vegetables on it. Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves. Enjoy.
