  14. Get 3 tbsp maida

Instructions to make Noodles scotch eggs:
  1. To make noodles scotch eggs, first make instant noodles as per instructions. Keep aside to cool.
  2. Once cooled take out the noodles in a bowl. Add onion, potato, green chillies, chopped green coriander, bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp salt.
  3. Mix everything together nicely. Divide the mixture in three portions. Keep aside.
  4. Boil and peel 3 eggs. Now grease your hands lightly with oil. Take a portion of noodles mixture and flatten it out.
  5. Now place boiled egg in the middle of the noodle mixture. Coat the egg nicely with the mixture and seal from all the sides. Finish all the eggs like this.
  6. To make the crumbs grind the bread and cornflakes in a grinder.
  7. To make the slurry mix maida, cornflour and water. Make sure there are no lumps.
  8. Now dip the prepared noodle egg in the slurry and carefully roll in the bread crumbs. Coat nicely on all sides. Finish all eggs like this.
  9. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the noodle scotch eggs till crispy and golden brown. Remove on an absorbent paper.
