Prepare 1&1/2 extrated cup Coconut Milk

Soak rice for 20-30 minutes.
Take half of the coconut, scrape them as pieces and grind in mixer adding water. - Extract the coconut milk and keep it ready.
Take ginger garlic paste and green chilli in mixer. - Grind them coarsely.
Heat oil and temper with cinnamon and cloves.
Add the finely chopped onions and green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute nicely.
Then add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. - Then add the extracted coconut milk.
Once it boils, add the washed rice and pressure cook for 1 whistle in medium flame and 5 minutes in low flame.
Once the pressure releases open the cooker and gently mix it. - Delicious yellow rice is ready.
