Hello everybody, it is Jim, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to make a special dish, vegetarian lasagne (vegetariánske lasagne). One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

  7. Get 2 cloves garlic (2 strúčiky cesnaku)
  8. Get 1 cup water (1 šálku vody)
  9. Prepare olive oil (olivový olej)
  10. Take salt (soľ)
  11. Get pepper (čierne korenie)
  12. Get dried basil (sušená bazalka)
  13. Get sugar to taste (cukor podľa chuti)
  14. Take Bechamel (Bešamel)
  15. Make ready 1 cooking cream (1 smotana na varenie)
  16. Make ready 2 tbl spoons soft flour (2 lyžice hladkej múky)
  17. Take 1 tbl spoon butter (1 lyžica masla)
  18. Take 1 tbl spoon nutritional yeast (1 lyžica lahôdkového droždia)
  19. Get 4 tbl spoons water (4 lyžice vody)

Our favorite lasagne is a vegetarian take on the classic, creamy lasagne bolognese. In it, the meat is replaced with earthy shiitake mushrooms and the noodles aren't boiled before baking, so they're less mushy when they come out of the oven. I followed other suggestions added extra ricotta and used a larger pan. Also used the no boil lasagne noodles.

Steps to make Vegetarian lasagne (vegetariánske lasagne):
  1. Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.)
  2. At first, shred the zucchini. (Na začiatok si nastrúhame cuketu.)
  3. In a pot, cook garlic on olive oil until golden brown. Add shreded zucchini and cook it 2 minutes while stiring. Add remaining ingredients for filling and cook it until lentils are soft with occasional stiring. (V hrnci si na olivovom oleji orestujeme cesnak dozlatista. Pridáme nastrúhanú cuketu a varíme 2 minúty za stáleho miešania. Pridáme zvyšné suroviny na plnku a varíme kým šošovica nezmäkne za občasného miešania.)
  4. Mix flour with cold water in a cup. In a small pot, melt the butter and add cooking cream. Add the content of cup into the pot while stiring. Add nutritional yeast and keep stiring until bechamel thicken. (Zmiešajte v hrnčeku múku so studenou vodou. V malom hrnci roztopte maslo a pridajte smotanu. Pridajte obsah hrnčeka za stáleho miešania. Pridajte lahôdkové droždie a miešajte dokým zmes nezhustne.)
  5. Rub oil on the smaller sheet and put lasagna slices on the whole surface. Add 2-3 scoops of filling and spread it equally. Put few fresh basil leaves on it. (Potrite menší plech olejom a poukladajte naň plátky lasagní. Pridajte 2-3 naberačky náplne a rovnomerne rozotrite. Navrch poukladajte zopár čerstvých lístkov bazalky.)
  6. Add 2-3 tbl spoons of bechamel and spread equally. Than add another layer of lasagna pasta, filling, basil and bechamel. Repeat until you are done with ingredients. The top layer is bechamel. Bake at 180 degrees of Celsius for 30 minutes. (Pridajte 2-3 lyžice bešamelu a rovnomerne rozotrite. Potom pridáme ďalšiu vrstvu lasagní, náplne, bazalky a bešamelu. Opakujeme dokým neminieme suroviny. Vrchná vrstva je bešamel. Pečieme na 180 stupňoch 30 minút.)
  7. Serve with fresh basil on top. Bon appétit! (Podávame s čerstvou bazalkou navrchu. Dobrú chuť!)

I followed other suggestions added extra ricotta and used a larger pan. Also used the no boil lasagne noodles. A vegetable-packed vegan lasagne made with dairy-free white sauce. It freezes brilliantly and makes the perfect vegan comfort food. Make this delicious vegetarian lasagne with aubergines, red peppers and mozzarella.
