  3. add the boiled noodle water to the pot
  4. Add siracha and soya, and bring it to boiling point again, Make sure the sauce is little thick. Add water if you like more soupy
  5. In a bowl, Put the noodles on the bottom of the bowl then crack an egg on top, few pieces of meat on the side and Add the sauce from top. Finish it with some Spring onions.
