  2. Prepare 1 Tomato
  3. Prepare 2 clove garlic
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  5. Take 200 g rice tagliatelle
  6. Get 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. Make ready 1 onion finely sliced
  8. Make ready 4-5 tbsp crushed peanut

  17. Prepare 4 teaspoon sugar brown
  18. Make ready 3 teaspoon limon juice or tamarind paste
  19. Prepare Fish sauce or king prawns sauce (Homemade shrimp peel sauce)
  20. Make ready A few of mint

Mix well and cook for about a minute until. Pad Thai Noodles: Thin rice noodles are typically used, but any width will work. Heat a wok with half the oil. Push to the side and add the remaining oil.

Instructions to make Pad thai with king prawns and lemon slices and tagliatelle rice:
  1. Cook the rice tagliatelle for 3 minutes, remove from heat and drain halfway through cooking and set aside.We take a pan and put in it the shrimp peels and fish bones, a pinch of garlic, half a lemon and 1/4 tablespoon of ginger and salt and put on the fire for 15 minutes. When the sauce has reduced, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
  2. Take a saucepan and put the garlic and the ginger and the oil and the bay leaf and the chilli and thyme,black pepper and cook 1 to 2 minutes with the shrimp over low heat and remove them and set aside.
  3. Then add the grated tomato cook for 2 minutes on low heat then add a souce of king prawns peel and sugar and lemon juice and soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes then add the rice tagliatelle and cook for 10 minutes and put the rice tagliatelle aside from the pan and break the eggs and cook for 1 minute and mix with the tagliatelle.
  4. Serve the rice tagliatelle with king prawns and lemon slices and sprinkle with roasted peanuts and garnish with green chili and mint or coriander leaves.

Heat a wok with half the oil. Push to the side and add the remaining oil. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic and prawns and stir-fry for two minutes, then remove and set aside. Pad Thai, as I mentioned earlier, is a Thai style stir-fry rice noodles.
