  2. Then wash and spread some lemon juice and a pinch of salt and mustard sauce on it and marinate it for 10-15 min.

  4. Another bowl add flour,salt,black pepper,chicken powder,baking soda and 2 tbsp oil now mix it and then add chilled water and make a better with good consistency not too thick or nor too runny.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, Take a fish fillet and cover dry flour and then cover with better and fry in hot oil.
  6. When both sides r done with a nice golden crispy top take it out and serve with fries and some honey mustard sauce or tarter sauce with vinegar or lemon.
