  2. Take 1 Cup White Dhokla flour (ready available)
  3. Make ready 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander leaves (Kothmari)
  4. Take 1/4 cup Kasturi Methi(dried Fenugreek leaves)
  5. Make ready to taste Salt

  7. Prepare 3/4 Cup Curd(DAHI)
  8. Take 2 tbsp green chillies ginger paste
  9. Take 1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
  10. Get 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
  11. Prepare 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder.(Aamchur)
  12. Get 1 pinch soda-bi-carb
  13. Take For Tadka
  14. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  15. Take 1 tsp Mustard -Cummin Seeds
  16. Get 1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
  17. Take 1 pinch Asofoetida (Hing)
  18. Get 1 sprig Curry leaves
  19. Take 1 tbsp For Garnish chopped fresh Coriander leaves(kothmari)

Muthias can be frozen before seasoning. When ready to serve, thaw the frozen muthias and season them.   4. Apply oil on your palms.Take a fistful of prepared beetroot mixture.Roll out into long ablonglated shape roll.Place in grease plate. Similarly make all rolls from remaining beetroot Mixture.
  5. Place this plate in steamer Cooker.Cover with lid.Steam Beetroot Muthias (Rolls) for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool them before cutting into round slices
  7. Prepare Tadka..In small Tadka kadhai add oil heat it..add mustard and cumin seeds,add Sesame seeds asofoetida and curry leaves..Let them splutter.
  8. Pour this tadka on cut Slices of Beetroot Muthias.
  9. Reheat at time of serving in microwave for 30 secs. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve & relish hot iron rich beetroot muthias as savoury.
