Take 1/4 pack mushroom

Steps to make Salmon in Foil:
Wash and pat dry salmon fillet. Melt butter mix in soy sauce, salt and pepper. Rub salmon fillet with the mix.
Thinly slice capcicum, onion and button mushrooms. Lightly saute them for 1 min. (optional)
Thinly slice onions and separate enoki mushrooms from base.
Take same lenth sheets of foil and cooking sheet. Place cooking sheet on foil. In the center layer sliced onions and enoki, sprinkle little salt and pepper. Place marinated salmon fillet on it. Cover with remaining vegetables, sprinkle little salt and pepper.
Fold in the edges and make a parcel. Take a wide pan, place parcel in center. Fill pan with water till half of the parcel is dipped in. Cover with lid and cook on medium high heat for 8 min.
Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
