First step- boil chana, for this add chana+ 3 cups of water+ pinch of salt in pressure cooker. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
2nd step- Make a fine paste of 2 onions, 5-6 pc garlic, a piece of ginger and green chilli. And keep it aside.
3rd step- In a kadai add 2-3 table spoon of oil, heat the oil.
Add onion-garlic paste(2nd step). Saute it well. Saute till golden brown.
Now add coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala,salt and chola masala.mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add cooked chana. add 2 cups of water, mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Now chole masala is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped ginger and coriander leaves.
