  1. Get 1 Tilapia
  2. Get Oil for frying

  4. Take 20 ml Vinegar
Steps to make Fried Tilapia:

  3. Marinate the fish for about 30mins and in the meantime, heat the oil in medium heat.
  4. After 30 minutes put the marinated fish in the oil, slowly to prevent oil from starting
  5. Then fry until it becomes slightly brown. Fry both sides.
