Instructions to make Mutton karahi:
  1. First boil meat then place a side
  2. Now take a vok and sautee ginger garlic paste in 4 tb sp oil
  3. Now add in meat and fry for some time till looks a little golden
  4. Add spices and tomates in it and cover with a lid and make the flame low.
  5. When tomatoes get softened then increase the heat and fry it.
  6. Add Julien cut ginger and green peppers in it.
  7. Fry a little then add coriander leaves. Ready
  8. Garnish with ginger and green peppers
