5. Break into half palm size squoval sizes.
6. I used a comb (flour dust it repeatedly? Keep dusting the work area add gentle amounts of flour as the potatoes become sticky.
7. Take small disks roll sideways over comb (ripple look)
8. Add margarine to pan heat medium, or a bit of oil. Looking for that nice golden brown.
9. Crisp both sides ** pay attention. Grate cheese ( hint I made an awesome meat sauce Ill add later.. but it's for the side. Make your favourite sauce.
10. Watch they cook quickly in the pan! I used papertowel to assist w any bits of Grease. Added shredded X-old cheese, and put meat sauce in a side dish.
