  2. Prepare 1 Oz. Fresh Parsley

  7. Prepare 2 Oz. Fresh Mushrooms

  12. Prepare 3 Oz. Manchego Cheese
  13. Get 2 Oz. Blue Cheese
  14. Get 3 Oz. Gouda Cheese
  15. Prepare 4 Oz. Cream Cheese
  16. Make ready To Taste Brown Sugar
  17. Make ready To Taste Salt
  18. Take To Taste Black Pepper
  19. Take To Taste Lime Juice
  20. Make ready To Taste Olive Oil
Steps to make Tapas!:
  1. Cut the bread in thin slices and bake until toasted. Temperature needs to be the lowest available to ensure there are no burns.
  2. Thinly mince the Fresh Parsley.
  3. Thinly slice the Garlic Cloves. Place the slices on a pan with hot olive oil and toast them. You want the Garlic to turn to a light brown color.
  4. Cut the Bell Pepper in stripes. Place them on a pan with hot Olive Oil. Add Salt, Pepper and Brown Sugar. Wait until the sugar caramelizes.
  5. Slice the Green Olives.
  6. Cut the avocado in halves, peel it and slice it.
  7. Slice the Mushrooms and fry them with Olive Oil until crunchy.
  8. Very thinly slice the chilies. Soak them in boiling water and then throw away the water. Repite this process at least a couple of times. The more you do it the less spicy the chili will be.
  9. Fry the Bacon until it is crunchy.
  10. Cut the Tomato in cubes an add Black Pepper, Salt and Lime Juice. Mix well.
  11. Serve everything in separate plates and mix as you wish! Enjoy!
