Instructions to make Caprese-Style Tomato and Avocado Cold Pasta:
  1. Cut the avocado into 1 cm cubes, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into 1 cm cubes as well. Grate the garlic.
  2. Remove the stems from the tomato. Peel the tomato by blanching in boiling water for a few seconds, and remove the seeds. Cut into 1 cm cubes, and sprinkle with the salt.
  3. Add the Step 1 avocado, Mozzarella cheese, garlic to Step 2. Tear in the basil as well, and mix. Add the olive oil, mix well, and chill in the fridge.
  4. Boil the pasta in salted water following the package instructions. Soak in cold water to cool, and drain well. Add into the Step 3 bowl, and mix well.
  5. Serve on a chilled plate and ground black pepper on top. Garnish with olive slices and basil and you're done.
