  8. Place the tin in the preheated vessel. Close the lid. Put it on high flame for 10 min and medium flame for 15-20 min. After first 10 min check it once. Than after 20 min. Buns are done. Take the tin out and put it on rack to cool down. Once tin get cool take out the buns on rack.
  9. See the back golden and soft. See the sides. It's fluffy. Use this buns/ pav for Dabeli, vadapav, pav bhaji or just apply Butter and have it. It is super Delicious and upfilling.
  10. If u want golden crust on the top then put the buns for baking on high flame totally.
