Prepare Pasta
Make ready 1 packages penne rigate pasta, cooked
Get 1/2 cup long beans, cut into 1inch pieces
Make ready 2 medium pimento peppers, seeded and sliced
Take 1 medium carrot, stripped and cut into 1 inch pieces
Take 1/2 cup sliced broccoli floretts
Prepare 1/4 cup sliced cauliflower floretts

Get 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and broken into bite size pieces( optional)
Take 3 clove garlic, chopped
Take 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
Get 2 tbsp celery, chopped

Prepare 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp oil
Prepare 1/4 cup vegetable stock/water, or as needed
Steps to make Garden Pasta:
heat oil in large skillet. add onion, ginger, garlic, broccoli, carrots, long beans, cauliflower, peppers and salt. cook 1min, add stock/ water, reduce heat, cover and cook for 1min more
mix in the corn and bacon then fold pasta into vege mixture. sprinkle with Italian seasoning, adjust taste and turn off heat. serve with your favorite pasta sauce or have as a salad
